Terms& Conditions:
$50 non-refundable registration fee per family and $10 deposit per week. Camp fee: $149 per week $30 per child per week for extended care. Early bird special: $119 until end of February 10% sibling discount 10% discount if signed up for all weeks and paid upfront.
There are no additional costs for field trips, T-Shirt, activity fees, etc. Camp prices are all inclusive except for drinks and popcorn at the movies.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance for each week is due no later than drop-off on the first day of the summer camp week. Campers must not be dropped off without payment. Should a camper be dropped off without payment the credit or debit card being used for deposit purchase will be charged for the week.
Each child must have one signed waiver on file specific for that Summer Camp week they will be attending. Waivers will be delivered via email when you register for camps and must be filled out entirely, signed and submitted before or on the first day of camp.
Parents must walk their children into the facility each day and sign in and out each day. If your child will be picked up by a person other than you, please email us in advance.
Extended care begins at 7:30 am. Late pickup for Extended Care is 6:00 pm. Regular Camp hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Parents can pick up their campers early from camp, but children must be checked in by 9:15 am each day. By 9:30 our campers are often already on their way to field trips or going to the park to play. If your child is not present when we leave our facility, you may drop them off with our staff wherever we are stationed at the time. Campers must wear comfortable clothing, camp T-shirt and closed toe shoes every day. Campers must bring peanutfree lunches and snacks each day, as well as water/drinks. Campers will be responsible for their own lunch and snack items.
