Designed for 3-5 People
A good mix of resistance & core work with hints of stability & flexibility.
All of these groups will maintain a high teacher to student ratio and focus on impeccable form and results. All class curriculum is designed and lead by ACE certified personal trainer, Julie Eichler.
The practice will focus on a specific area of the body during each session and will include:
- Dynamic warm up
- Resistance and core training
- Active rest in between sets
- Ends with stretching and flexibility
